A credit card is required to schedule your first pickup. This is so we have a credit card on file when the order is completed and returned to you, ensuring a seamless transaction. We'll get payment information from you over the phone.
We provide the bags. We'll provide you with the appropriate bag(s) to place your garments in, at no cost.
This is not currently an "on-demand" service. Laundry pick up and delivery occur on the same scheduled day each week.
