OFFICIAL RULES: Max In Your Inbox Monthly Drawing for $25 Worth of Free Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
  2. To enter, complete the online entry form with your name, e-mail address, ZIP Code and gender. Customers may enter only once. Limited to one entry per person through October 31, 2011. Partially completed sign-up forms that contain, at a minimum, the entrant’s name and e-mail address qualify as valid entries. Entries become the property of Max I. Walker Cleaners and Launderers. Giveaway begins on November 29, 2010 and ends on October 31, 2011. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Max I. Walker and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents accept no responsibility for late, damaged, illegible, incomplete or incorrect entries.
  3. One winner will be randomly drawn monthly on or about December 27, 2010 and every month thereafter by Max I. Walker, whose decision is final. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner(s) consents to the use of his/her name or likeness by Max I. Walker for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
  4. One winner from all eligible submissions will be drawn per month. Winners’ names may appear in a future Max I. Walker advertising campaign that may include: television, billboards, print and radio commercials. Winners may be recognized on the Max I. Walker website, identified by first name and last initial.
  5. Winners will receive the following: a store credit to one Max I. Walker location in the amount of $25 to be used on dry cleaning and laundry services. (Winner may designate the location to which they prefer to have the credit applied.)
  6. Winner will be contacted by e-mail and required to indicate the location at which they prefer to receive their $25 credit.
  7. Contest open to legal residents of Nebraska and Iowa. Employees and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of Max I. Walker and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents are not eligible. Prizes are nonrefundable and are not subject to exchange for cash. No substitute prizes will be awarded. All international, federal, state and local laws apply, and all taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited. Max I. Walker and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Max I. Walker, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents from any liability, loss, damages, causes of action or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
  8. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of a Max I. Walker cleaning service will not improve odds of winning.
  9. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Max I. Walker and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related in any way or sustained in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. Max I. Walker has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
  10. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner consents that Max I. Walker and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents may use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification.
  11. All decisions as to contest rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of Max I. Walker and may be changed from time to time without notice.
  12. Max I. Walker reserves the right to cancel or modify contest at any time without notice.
  13. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used for identification purposes only.
