1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. Complete the official entry forms available at any Max I. Walker location. Only one entry per person is allowed per visit. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Max I. Walker and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents accept no responsibility for late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Partially completed entry forms that contain, at a minimum, the entrants name and phone number qualify as valid entries. Entries become the property of Max I. Walker Cleaners and Launderers. Checking the box signing up for e-mail from Max I. Walker does not affect validity or the odds of winning.
3. Contest runs from September 21, 2009 to October 31, 2009. All entry forms must be received by October 31, 2009. Drawing date for the contest will be the week of November 2, 2009. Winner will be contacted by phone and required to sign and return an affidavit or eligibility and liability release within 7 days. Any prize not claimed within 3 days will be forfeited. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winners will receive the following:
   A store credit to one Max I. Walker location in the amount of $250. (Winner may designate the location to which they prefer to have the credit applied.)
4. Contest open to legal residents of Nebraska and Iowa, age 18 or older on September 21, 2009. Employees and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Max I. Walker and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents are not eligible. Prizes are nonrefundable and are not subject to exchange for cash. No substitute prizes will be awarded. All international, federal, state and local laws apply and all taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited. Max I. Walker, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Max I. Walker, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damages, causes of action, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
5. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of a Max I. Walker cleaning service will not improve odds of winning.
6. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Max I. Walker and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related in any way or sustained in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse, of the prize. Max I. Walker has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner consents that Max I. Walker and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents may use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notification.
8. All decisions as to contest rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Max I. Walker and may be changed from time to time without notice.
9. Max I. Walker reserves the right to cancel or modify contest at any time without notice.
10. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used for identification purposes only.
